Seahub Warranty leverages off the existing framework Seahub PMS provides which means a claim can be linked to a component within an accounts equipment database. Once a user creates a claim, notifications can be setup so that users associated with an account are notified. Seahub Warranty is highly adaptive meaning it can plug into any existing ship builders’ internal processes.
Two-way, real time communication can occur within Seahub Warranty allowing stakeholders to collaborate through a centralised channel. Important comments, images, pricing information and remarks can be consolidated into a single platform and saved for future reference and troubleshooting.
