Account Setup Services: 

Project Hilltop was an exciting new build project for Seahub, which required closely with the vessel crew and the dutch shipyard, Feadship. Project Hilltop was designed to be fast – very fast. With three jet drives, the 49.65m Feadship was expected to hit a max speed of 28 kts and rumored to be the fasted Feadship ever built. Seahub was the PMS of choice and asked to set up accounts for all departments onboard. The Seahub team was engaged early in the construction process during the designing and implementation of the vessel database and was onsite throughout the build. With the support of Seahub’s remote team, accounts were delivered in time for her commissioning. 

Central to this project was working directly with Feadship. Planning how equipment would be arranged in Seahub to create a platform that both the yard and crew could utilise was key. Seahub worked directly with OEM’s to locate manuals and set up all planned maintenance for the vessel as well as recording all importing commissioning milestones. 

Seahub was the platform of choice for M/Y Latitude. Seahub was onsite whilst the vessel was undergoing an extensive refit. A PMS system was not in place so the project involved a top to bottom walkthrough of the vessel to obtain all Equipment information with the assistance of equipment lists and drawings from the shipyard.

A fully populated PMS was handed over to the Chief Engineer with all planned maintenance schedules set up, an Inventory database was created of all spares onboard, and all vessel-related documents were uploaded including manuals and drawings.

M/Y Serenity is a groundbreaking 30m from Nordhavn Yachts.  Seahub was compared against all available providers and was the handpicked.  Engaged during the build phase to work with the Captain and shipyard in setting up a comprehensive planned maintenance system to be ready from day 1. The Captain, who is responsible for all engineering onboard was looking for a system to support the day to day running of the vessel in ensuring all safety inspections and maintenance were well taken care of. 

The Seahub Team worked with the shipyard to collect equipment lists and documentation including drawings. Working closely with the Captain, an equipment database was created along with the upload of al OEM manuals to the account. Periodic maintenance schedules, as recommended by the OEM’s were created along with vessel-specific tasks as requested Captain and shipyard. 

A member of the Seahub team visited the vessel to provide an onsite handover and to and ensure the Captain was comfortable and fully up to speed.
